1. Services Provided
Squatch Wash Pros offers residential and commercial exterior cleaning and property services, including but not limited to:
Pressure washing
Soft washing
Seamless gutter installation
Gutter cleaning
Gutter guard installation
Drainage solutions
Parking lot striping
Service descriptions on the website are provided for general guidance and may change or vary depending on the property’s condition.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided through forms, email, text, or in-person assessments are estimates until confirmed by our team.
Final pricing may vary based on:
Actual square footage or linear footage
Surface condition
Accessibility
Add-on services
We will always notify you if the scope changes before work begins.
3. Scheduling & Access
To perform services, customers must provide:
Clear access to the work area
Unlocked gates
Pets secured
Water access (for washing services)
Vehicles moved when needed
If our crew arrives and cannot access the property, a trip fee may apply.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due:
At completion of service for residential customers
According to contracted terms for commercial customers
Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, debit/credit, ACH, or online invoice (depending on the system used at the time).
Late payments may incur fees.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Notify Squatch Wash Pros of known issues (loose siding, damaged gutters, leaking windows, failing paint, etc.)
Remove fragile items from decks, patios, and areas being washed
Close all doors and windows
Ensure electrical outlets are sealed or protected
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or loose materials that fail during cleaning.
6. Warranties & Limitations
We guarantee quality workmanship and will address any concerns reported within a reasonable timeframe.
However, we cannot guarantee:
Removal of all stains (rust, oil, oxidation, artillery fungus, paint overspray, etc.)
That old or deteriorated surfaces will not lift, chip, or peel
Gutter performance if downspouts or underground drains are clogged
We do not offer warranties on landscaping disturbed during work.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squatch Wash Pros is not liable for:
Damages caused by pre-existing structural issues
Electrical failures caused by water intrusion at faulty outlets or fixtures
Damage resulting from unsecured personal items
Acts of God, weather delays, or natural events
Our liability shall never exceed the value of the service performed.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand schedules change.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If we show up and cannot perform the service due to lack of access or conditions beyond our control, a return-trip fee may apply.
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access
Scrape or copy content without permission
Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code

10. Governing Law
